Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40,000 - $60,000.
Incident IQ is looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator to support our growing event marketing efforts. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in event planning and marketing execution within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
As part of the Marketing team, you’ll help plan and execute industry tradeshows, conferences, and field events that elevate our brand and generate pipeline. From coordinating logistics and managing vendors to preparing materials and tracking budgets, you’ll play a key role in bringing our events to life.You’ll work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure every event meets our high standards of organization, execution, and impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready to learn the ins and outs of B2B event marketing.
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, with in-office work expected two times a week (Grant Park or Alpharetta location).
Role Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate all aspects of event sponsorships and conference participation—from contracts to travel to booth logistics.
- Assist with pre-event logistics including vendor communication, promotional item procurement, collateral production, and shipping.
- Support on-site execution by organizing staffing, travel details, and booth readiness.
Budget & ROI Management
- Track individual event budgets with the goal of delivering high-quality leads while maximizing ROI.
- Assist in post-event reporting and lead follow-up processes.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage relationships with external vendors including venues, caterers, and exhibit service providers.
- Negotiate costs and ensure services meet expectations and deadlines.
Team Support
- Assist other field and regional marketing events as needed.
- Maintain shared event calendars, checklists, and documentation to keep the team on track and organized.
