A GCS Portfolio Manager has a clearly defined section of our Services Portfolio under their direction and are tasked with the definition, packaging, and effective release of the Services in our Portfolio. A GCS Portfolio Manager proactively drives the transition to a primarily recurring revenue model in Services and is expected to demonstrate hands-on leadership in sales cases as well as being a key interface to the global delivery organization.

This job description is for ownership of anyone of the IFS Services GCS portfolio areas, Consulting Services, IFS Success, Cloud Services, Support and Maintenance Services, Enablement & Training Services. The GCS Portfolio Manager is a key partner for sales, delivery, and product leadership.

This is an opportunity to get exposure to senior leadership and stakeholders and have an impact driving the growth of the assigned portfolio offering. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.

• Ideally experience (>2 years) in or proven experience in creating innovating, high revenue and value service offerings
• Relevant  commercial experience in the enterprise software industry
• Experience “solutioning” services for customers
• Excellent communication skills to ensure services and enabled across IFS
• Understanding of Go to Market and Sales positioning of Services
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of key industry trends in their chosen field

• Desirable:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Direct experience (>5 years) in the applicable Portfolio area
• Industry qualifications
