Job Role: Lead Generator
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs / week
Salary Budget: $1,200 - 1,800 AUD / Month
Contract: Full time

Who The Client Is: Is a leading provider of industry-skilled training, offering a wide range of courses like Forklift Licensing, Working at Heights, and First Aid & CPR.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Lead Generator to identify and qualify sales opportunities. You’ll play a key role in building a pipeline of potential clients, initiating contact, and supporting the sales team with market research and outreach.
While you’ll work independently, you must be a team player who thrives in a remote setting and stays closely connected with colleagues across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, and social channels
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or hand over to the sales team
- Maintain a CRM or database of leads and track outreach activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine lead generation strategies
- Provide regular updates on lead pipeline and performance metrics
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, tele sales, or outbound sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to integrate seamlessly with a remote team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
