In this pivotal role, you won't just build models; you'll be instrumental in unifying and optimizing HubSpot’s entire Anaplan environment. You'll lead critical initiatives, ensuring our Anaplan solutions are robust, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our strategic business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of planning and performance management within a fast-growing, innovative company.

What You'll Get To Do:

Drive efforts to consolidate and standardize data across multiple models, enhancing data consistency and analytical capabilities.
  • Drive Governance: Develop and implement a robust governance structure for our Central Anaplan COE, ensuring effective management, oversight, and adherence to best practices in Anaplan usage.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Chair the internal Anaplan Steering Committee, coordinating cross-functional efforts with other HubSpot model builders. Foster strong relationships with architects and model builders across business units to promote technical alignment and collaboration.

  • Platform Steward: Act as the primary Anaplan administrator, managing user access, system performance, data integration, security settings, and optimizing workspace usage to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Vendor Liaison: Be the main point of contact with Anaplan's customer success and account teams, facilitating communication, managing licensing, assisting with issue escalation, and optimizing platform value.
  • Empower Others: Conduct training sessions and create resources to build Anaplan knowledge and capability across the organization.
  • Evolve & Innovate: Collaborate with our People team to design an ideal future-state organizational structure for the Anaplan technology team, including standardized career frameworks to support talent development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Anaplan Expertise: Proven experience as an Anaplan Architect or Model Builder with strong knowledge of Anaplan architecture, ALM, security, integrations, and licensing.
  • Complex Environment Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex Anaplan environments and projects.
  • Data Integration Savvy: Hands-on experience with data integration tools and processes specific to Anaplan.
  • Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Communicator & Collaborator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced Certifications: Certified Master Anaplanner (or equivalent advanced Anaplan certifications).
  • COE Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a Center of Excellence setting.
  • Broader Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with other planning and analytics platforms.

If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic Anaplan environment and make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply!
