The Job
- As National Group Sales Manager you are responsible for generating group revenues using research, direct and telephone prospecting sales solicitation, personal sales calls, and trade show sales representation.
- Your efforts will primarily be focused on corporate, incentive, association, SMERF accounts in a set territory for Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge.
- You will receive and process all inquiries, contracts and paperwork, site inspections, out of town sales trips and direct mailings.
- You must establish strong local business and national group contacts and industry relationships while delivering the highest quality customer service.
- You must ensure all sales goals are achieved.

Requirements
To be successful as our new National Group Sales Manager you:
- have experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
- have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people. So they can provide top notch service to our guests.
- are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you!
- take ownership of your tasks and feedback from your manager so you can continue to grow.
