Founders

This is an opportunity to join our fast-paced team and help millions of people access life-changing treatment. Honeydew’s Provider Ops Lead will work closely with Dr. Joel Spitz, and other functional leaders.

What you’ll work on:

As the Provider Ops Lead, you’ll be the operational glue between our providers and business, ensuring care is high-quality, consistent, and scalable.

  • Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to deliver ongoing training and development for providers

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    Support Quality Audits, analyze outcomes, and drive corrective actions

  • Monitor provider KPIs and performance data; translate insights into coaching opportunities and process improvements

  • Lead clinical operations projects that improve efficiency, elevate care quality, and further our mission

  • Act as the communication bridge for clinical updates across internal teams

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or clinical program management

  • Skilled at building SOPs, managing quality programs, or conducting audits

  • Strong communicator and collaborator - especially with clinical leaders

  • Analytical and data-fluent - confident working with KPIs and operational metrics

  • Motivated to build a lasting generational company that impacts millions of people

  • Willing to get in the weeds and get things done

  • Committed to “Do No Harm” - a core principle at Honeydew as our work impacts people’s health

Nice to have:

  • Experience in dermatology or outpatient specialty care

  • Familiarity with telehealth or AI-enabled care delivery
