Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to support end-to-end research initiatives across qualitative and quantitative studies. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating logistics, handling financial tracking, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently while staying aligned with cross-functional partners.

*Target Start Date: Late July or early August 2025*

Responsibilities

General Project Management

  • Build timelines for qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Create 'ghost decks' for design based on detailed Confluence documents (structure content for designers)
  • Manage file and system access post-project
  • Provide occasional support with administrative tasks (5–10%)

Qualitative Research Support

  • Coordinate recruitment and participant mix
  • Prepare study materials and templates
  • Reconcile NDAs and manage interview schedules
  • Set up projects in Indeemo (create projects, program tasks, invite respondents)
  • Provide note-taking support during interviews
  • Download, organize, and prep research outputs
  • Pull relevant quotes or video snippets as needed

Quantitative Research Support

  • Perform program and data checks
  • Monitor field progress and manage data cleanup
  • Populate and quality-check report data

Financial Management

  • Manage vendor and client invoicing workflows
  • Track budgets and update financial records
  • 5 - 7 years of market research experience
  • Background in project management
  • Experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage financial tracking and invoicing
  • Proficient in Indeemo and NotebookLM
  • Experience with Decipher, User Interviews, Outset or Conveo, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
