What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Stores, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Own high-volume recruiting delivery for Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and Manager in Training roles by managing requisitions, sourcing funnels, and candidate pipelines to meet or exceed hiring targets.
Achieve measurable hiring outcomes by monitoring key recruiting KPIs including:
• Time-to-fill
• Days-to-offer
• Candidate-to-hire ratio
• Funnel conversion rates
• New hire retention
- Partner with HR Business Partners and field leaders to align hiring activity with workforce planning needs, seasonal headcount forecasts, and turnover trends.
Source top talent using a blended approach across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and community and campus outreach—including HBCUs and local workforce initiatives.
Continuously analyze performance data to identify channel effectiveness, remove bottlenecks, and recommend process optimizations to improve speed and quality of hire.
Champion candidate experience and hiring manager engagement by providing timely updates, setting expectations, and driving accountability through every step of the recruiting lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about contributing to our mission to inspire self-expression from toe to head. The ideal candidate has:
5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrated success in high-volume, field-based, or multi-unit retail hiring environments.
Proficient in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, referral cultivation, and pipeline reactivation.
Comfortable working in metric-rich recruiting environments with experience using dashboards, scorecards, and recruitment funnel analytics to guide performance.
A proactive mindset and consultative approach to influence hiring outcomes and develop scalable recruiting practices.
Experience with Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
