The Sr. Supply Chain Losses Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective management of all raw, packaging, and WIP materials in order to minimize potential losses for the organization. This will require a cross-functional collaborative approach to ensure risk is mitigated before it becomes an actual waste.

Responsibilities
- Actively manage monthly aging inventory by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply, Demand, and Materials to identify potential RPW Waste.
- Continue to manage daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain losses
- Ritual & Routines for RPW to drive global playbook compliance and adherence across the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to improve supply chain process efficiency to minimize waste.
- Leverage the analysis for weekly leadership reviews to identify root causes and action to be taken
- Other duties and initiatives as assigned by manager according to business need (central reporting, etc.)
- Lead projects within the BU and/or manager depending on need and Business Unit

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Financial acumen and data analysis expertise
- Presentation and oral/written communication skills required
- Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines with logical problem-solving
- Green Belt preferred APICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferred
Technical Expertise
- SAP experience and knowledge
- Working Tableau knowledge with basic-level understanding of how reports are built and maintained
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
