You’ll be part of a nimble cross-functional team delivering rapid outcomes - composing Figma libraries directly mapped to Tailwind components and Sanity content blocks.
Ready for the challenge?
What you’ll do:
Define web visual direction aligned with Heidi’s evolving brand
Design reusable components for a modular block library
Build accessible, responsive layouts across breakpoints
Collaborate with devs and content strategists to ensure seamless implementation
Work closely with product designers to deliver a consistent Heidi experience, aligned across web and product channels
Audit and evolve our web design presence as we scale globally
Work closely with the data and development teams to optimisation conversion rate through progressive design changes
Design variants to leverage A/B testing to run experiments with a continuous improvement mindset
Advocate for and evangelize design thinking, accessibility, and user-centric design principles throughout the organization
Stay up to date with competitors, market offerings, global trends and best practice to inform design improvements of our digital experiences
Support the continuous improvement of our design process by contributing to our design frameworks and playbooks
What we will look for:
Must have: strong Figma proficiency and experience designing CMS or modular systems
Should have: understanding of accessibility, localisation, and mobile-first design
A compelling portfolio showcasing web design skills, a systems-oriented approach, and a clear user-centric mindset
At least 2 years of UI experience in SaaS (healthcare background is a plus)
Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
A genuine passion for keeping up with the latest design trends, methodologies, and technologies
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Tailwind, headless CMS workflows, or healthtech
Exposure to A/B testing tools
Experience working with (and contributing to) design systems, design operations, and design governance
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and/or gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
