Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Work Environment: Office-based setting at corporate headquarters

Travel Required: Occasional travel to clinic locations

Salary / Hourly Rate: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually

Strong experience in:

  • Healthcare HR (as a manager)
  • Creating Policies and Procedures
  • Strong ADP Knowledge

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal standards
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance
  • Foster a culture of engagement through employee-focused programs and initiatives
  • Create and manage training programs to promote employee development
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and internal safety regulations
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for organizational improvement
  • Manage sensitive HR issues such as investigations and terminations professionally and confidentially
  • Partner with leadership to execute workforce planning and organizational development strategies

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience working in healthcare settings (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ADP HR systems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience with change management and organizational development is a plus
