About the Role:
Reporting to the National Quality Business Development Manager, as the Homecare Operations Coordinator, you will lead, inspire, and drive change across our Homecare business to deliver best-practice outcomes for our clients. You’ll ensure services align with the Aged Care Quality Standards, promote continuous improvement, and uphold a strong governance framework.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Support a centralised model that delivers consistent, high-quality care to both government-funded and self-funded clients
- Identify and implement service improvement initiatives based on performance outcomes and client feedback
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and community networks
- Maintain systems that advocate for client rights and promote culturally sensitive, person-centred care
- Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and accreditation preparations
- Communicate quality and compliance standards across teams and support staff engagement in continuous improvement
- Collaborate across departments to align business development and operational excellence

What You’ll bring to the Role:
- In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative frameworks
- Strong knowledge of quality management, risk, auditing, and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a people-first mindset
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence positive change
- Experience in project, quality or operations management in aged care or community health
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into service improvements
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with ISO9001:2015 or National Safety and Quality in Health Service Standards
- Familiarity with WHS, duty of care, and employee rights
- Previous involvement in audit processes or accreditation readiness activities
