About the Role:

Reporting to the National Quality Business Development Manager, as the Homecare Operations Coordinator, you will lead, inspire, and drive change across our Homecare business to deliver best-practice outcomes for our clients. You’ll ensure services align with the Aged Care Quality Standards, promote continuous improvement, and uphold a strong governance framework.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support a centralised model that delivers consistent, high-quality care to both government-funded and self-funded clients
  • Identify and implement service improvement initiatives based on performance outcomes and client feedback
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and community networks
  • Maintain systems that advocate for client rights and promote culturally sensitive, person-centred care
  • Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and accreditation preparations
  • Communicate quality and compliance standards across teams and support staff engagement in continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across departments to align business development and operational excellence

What You’ll bring to the Role:

  • In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of quality management, risk, auditing, and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a people-first mindset
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence positive change
  • Experience in project, quality or operations management in aged care or community health
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into service improvements

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with ISO9001:2015 or National Safety and Quality in Health Service Standards
  • Familiarity with WHS, duty of care, and employee rights
  • Previous involvement in audit processes or accreditation readiness activities
