Job Description
As an Associate, you’ll lead from the front – collaborating closely with clients and teams to shape innovative design solutions. You’ll guide high-profile workplace and commercial interior projects from early concept through to delivery, bringing a hands-on approach, sharp design thinking, and a strong understanding of local context.
You’ll also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role within our London team, helping grow and mentor designers while contributing to the studio’s future direction.
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced Associate who is ready to take the next career step in an Interior Design Leadership role, this is your opportunity to work for a locally based global design practice, working on project opportunities across the UK & EMEA
You will be a team leader on design led projects, supported by a wider global team & resources.
About You
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a professional design studio environment.
- Team leadership experience with a strong portfolio of interior workplace design projects for large or complex organisations.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently or in collaboration with a principal.
- Confidence presenting to clients and running workshops or stakeholder sessions.
- Strong design sensibility, backed by practical delivery and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Revit, Adobe Suite, and other design/delivery platforms.
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Local project and client experience, with a solid network in the design and built environment sector.
- Proven ability to lead commercial interior design projects, communicate ideas clearly, and influence outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to manage budgets and project financials.
- You have a strong focus on design quality, collaboration, and professional development.
