We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our Longview Therapy Center outpatient pediatric clinic in Longview, TX. This is a full-time opportunity to support pediatric clients in a collaborative, patient-focused, and clinician-led environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Provide treatment in Spanish and English to support children with speech, language, and communication delays
- Assist with documentation and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Communicate with caregivers and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Support a welcoming, inclusive environment for families from diverse backgrounds
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program.
- License: An active or eligible state license/certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
