Electrical Engineer

Description

Job Purpose: The Electrical Engineer will provide support to and work alongside other engineers to create innovative products and identify, implement and test applications and services that best prepare New Product Development fromm cocnept to market.                 

Summary of Essential Job Duties:               

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineer tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, sound amplifiers, loud speakers and microphones).         
• Perform comprehensive building, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic equipment and systems.                 
• Assist Engineers and Technicians with design, fabrication, and assembly of breadboards, test stands, and prototypes. 
• Design and assemble electronic instrumentation and process control systems.                 
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to review schematic designs, diagnose complex problems, and develop effective solutions.                   
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment inventories.                 
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electronic technology and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently and as well as within a team                 
• Must be able to problem solve and make necessary adjustments.                 
• Install, wire, configure, and calibrate electronic devices and components according to specifications and industry standards.                 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.                 
• Proficiency in electrical testing and troubleshooting.                 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.                 
• Must have basic computer skills; Outlook, Excel and Word is preferred.

Required Education and Experience:

• BS Electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.                 
• 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineering or equivelant experience.                 
• Experience with soldering and wiring of simple circuits.                 
• Experience with Bluetooth, Cellular, and Wi-Fi consumer products.                  
• Experience designing consumer based products from concept to production.
