iGenius is  seeking a Commercial Operations Intern who will have the opportunity to learn and support the optimization of our commercial processes. In this role, you will collaborate with different departments to gain hands-on experience in streamlining workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to key projects within the organization.

As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Go-to-Market and Customer Success.

Job Responsibilities 

    • Support the design and improvement of commercial processes to align with company goals.
    • Assist in monitoring the performance of workflows and identifying areas for improvement through data analysis.
    • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline operations and gain insights into cross-functional processes.
    • Help prepare training materials and provide support to the commercial team on new tools or processes.
    • Learn to manage and optimize tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and updates.
    • Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards, and contribute to ensuring compliance in commercial operations.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations for the commercial team.
  • Currently pursuing or who has recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive individuals with an interest in commercial operations and business processes.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and a willingness to learn tools like Excel or BI platforms.
  • A strong desire to collaborate with teams and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individuals with good communication skills.
  • Availability for a structured learning experience with the potential to grow within the role.

Skills You’ll Develop and Apply:

  • Understanding of how operational processes align with business goals.
  • Exposure to sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management strategies.
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data to monitor performance and track key metrics.
