Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and execution-focused Content & Campaign Strategist to lead our editorial and content marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll own the content calendar, create high-performing assets across multiple formats, and drive strategic initiatives that boost visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy writing, experimenting with formats, automating systems, and turning insights into marketing momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a rolling 30-day editorial calendar including blogs, case studies, social content, and thought leadership
Write and edit SEO-driven content that supports top-of-funnel traffic and mid-funnel conversion
Keep brand social channels active and aligned across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
Work with product and sales teams to transform insights into strong narratives and enablement materials
Create visuals and video snippets in Canva, Figma, or CapCut to pair with written assets
Launch and manage campaigns in HubSpot (or HighLevel), using segmentation and personalization for impact
Automate routine processes using Zapier or Make to connect systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
Track performance in Google Analytics and Google Sheets; provide actionable insights on engagement and conversion
Support international sales teams with documentation and lightweight training resources
What You Bring
1–3 years of content or campaign experience using a modern CRM or marketing automation tool (HubSpot preferred)
Success managing multi-channel campaigns across blog, email, and social
Working knowledge of workflow automation (Zapier or Make required)
A portfolio with at least two written samples and one visual/video asset
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for content tracking and performance reporting
Strong English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Agency experience or ability to switch between multiple brand voices
Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Gemini
Basic HTML/CSS for content formatting in blogs and email
Experience supporting talent marketing or employer branding campaigns
