AI Operations
Job Description
At Greenlite, you'll be responsible for ensuring continued quality across our AI agents. We're solving for mission-critical financial compliance workflows and that demands a high bar for quality. You'll take ownership of scoring, feedback, and process improvements that will result in product quality outcomes. You'll work closely with our deployments and engineering teams as well as customers to understand requirements and align our AI agents to meet their needs.
You'll work on:
Aligning AI Agents. You'll develop production-grade AI systems with intuitive interfaces automating complex financial crime investigations while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability.
Analytics and Reporting. Apply analytics to uncover and derive insights on our AI agent performance.
Internal Efficiency. You'll develop and improve how we run our quality program whether that's improving documentation or building internal tooling to improve how we evaluate outputs.
We'd love to see:
Experience in Product Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, Customer Experience Engineering, or equivalent
Comfort with low-code, no-code, or vibe-coding tools
Attention to detail and product intuition
A knack for identifying bottlenecks, strong communication, and rigorous prioritization
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and seeking simple solutions
Nice To Have
Understanding of and experience with SQL or other data analytics tools
Interest in using AI to drive operational efficiency

We compensate employees based on their skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $80k - $110k annually + equity.
