We’re Hiring Graduate Mentors! | Join Gradtopia

Are you a current or recent UK student/graduate who wants to give back, grow professionally, and help level the playing field in higher education?

Gradtopia is building a socially conscious, inclusive mentorship community that connects aspiring students with mentors who’ve walked the path before them. We’re on a mission to make high-impact university admissions and career guidance accessible to everyone, regardless of background.

We're especially keen to hear from students and graduates of STEM and high impact courses, including:

  • Mathematics
  • Economics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Architecture
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Law
  • Business management

Whether you're currently studying or graduated within the past 5 years from a top-tier UK university, we’d love for you to join our network.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer virtual 1:1 mentoring to students applying to competitive UK undergraduate or postgraduate courses
  • Share your academic journey and give tailored advice on personal statements, interviews, and course prep
  • Critique students’ writing and offer constructive feedback
  • In some cases, provide mentorship as students begin their course
  • Support young people from all backgrounds with empathy and encouragement

Why Join Gradtopia?

  • Fully remote & flexible — work from anywhere, set your own hours
  • A chance to make a real difference — students with mentors are 55% more likely to enrol in university
  • Join a mission-driven community of graduates supporting the next generation
  • More than 1 in 3 young people grow up without a mentor. Let’s change that — together.
