Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect/Engineer specialized in middleware architecture and integrations to join our DevOps team. This role combines strategic systems design with proactive troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on support of critical middleware components—web servers, RESTful APIs, proxies/load balancers, ETL processes, and complex data pipelines.
Your expertise will directly contribute to system stability, scalability, and reliability, ensuring seamless integration with our customers’ environments and data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Design and guide the strategic evolution of middleware architecture, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and scalability.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve challenging middleware and integration issues, ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement.
Middleware Optimization: Manage, maintain, and optimize our middleware components across public and private cloud environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with DevOps, development, and operations teams to streamline processes, implement new features, and continuously improve our infrastructure.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate technical strategies and solutions to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Your Expertise:
Linux Proficiency: Deep expertise in managing Linux-based middleware environments.
Middleware & API Experience: Familiarity with Java/Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, REST APIs, Apache/Tomcat, Redis, MongoDB, and load balancing/proxy technologies (e.g., HAProxy).
Cloud Experience: Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure environments is advantageous.
Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues independently.
Advantageous Skills: Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, Ruby, Perl, and virtualization technologies.
