Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sr. Sales Manager, Glance AI to lead our efforts in acquiring and onboarding commerce brands in the US. You will be at the forefront of our market expansion — identifying high-potential brands, demonstrating Glance AI’s value proposition, building strategic relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
*This role is on-site in our NYC office. Some travel is required for client meetings and events as needed.
The impact you'll make
Market Development & Outreach
- Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of commerce brands in the US market across identified categories (e.g. fashion, beauty etc).
- Conduct outreach through email, social, and partner networks to set up meetings with right stakeholders.
- Understand brand pain points and map them to Glance AI’s capabilities to craft compelling pitches and demos.
Sales & Partnerships
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing, with a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, and platforms that serve brands to expand reach.
Onboarding & Success Enablement
- Work closely with product teams to ensure smooth, fast, and high-impact onboarding for new clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor to new clients during their early lifecycle to maximize product adoption and outcomes.
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for your accounts post-onboarding.
- Drive engagement and product usage, gather feedback, and ensure clients realize long-term value from Glance AI.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Insights & Strategy
- Share market insights with internal teams to improve product-market fit, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and with product for client-driven feature enhancements.
- Track performance against KPIs and continuously iterate outreach and conversion strategies.
The experience we need
- 5–10 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or growth.
- Demonstrated success in selling to or working with commerce brands in the US (e.g., Shopify ecosystem, Amazon-native brands, or digitally native commerce brands).
- Deep understanding of US consumer trends, eCommerce landscape, and marketing stack used by commerce brands.
- Proven ability to run a full sales cycle: from cold outreach to onboarding and relationship growth.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and closing skills — you’re as comfortable pitching to a founder as you are to a performance marketing lead.
- A blend of hunter mentality with farmer discipline — you can win new logos and grow them sustainably.
- Self-starter, highly driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Plus: Existing network of D2C brand founders, marketers, or agencies in the US.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.
The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $81,204 USD to $154,287 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.
*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart.
