Freebird is on a mission to revolutionize personal care — starting with the smoothest, fastest, and most effortless shaving experience on earth. We’re a fast-growing DTC brand with a loyal community of customers, 50,000+ glowing reviews, and a product that truly sells itself once people try it.
Now, we’re gearing up to launch and scale our TikTok Shop channel from $0 to $1M+ per month, and we’re looking for a scrappy, driven, creative-minded Growth Manager to build and own it — with full support from our leadership team.
The OpportunityThis is a rare chance to join a rocketship DTC brand and build a major new growth channel from the ground up. You’ll recruit hundreds (soon thousands) of creators and affiliates, activate a high-volume TikTok content engine, and turn TikTok Shop into one of Freebird’s biggest revenue drivers. You’ll work directly with our VP of Growth and have access to top-tier creative, media, ops, and product resources.

What You'll Own🚀 TikTok Shop Growth
- Lead and scale our TikTok Shop channel from scratch
- Own revenue and contribution margin targets for TikTok Shop GMV
- Set strategy, roadmap, goals, and systems for scale
👥 Creator & Affiliate Program
- Recruit, onboard, and activate 500–1,000+ TikTok creators
- Manage creator seeding, commissions, tracking, and Spark Ads coordination
- Launch and moderate a high-performing creator community (Slack or Discord)
- Run monthly contests, bonuses, and incentive programs to keep creators posting 3–5x/week
🎥 Content Engine & Paid Amplification
- Coordinate 100–500+ videos per week through affiliate creators
- Identify top-performing videos and amplify via Spark Ads (with paid team support)
- Collaborate with design and creative team to supply high-converting hooks, briefs, and angles
📈 Operations & Scaling
- Own the backend tracking, performance dashboards, creator payouts, and offer testing
- Hire and manage offshore support team for outreach, product shipping, and reporting
- Coordinate with supply chain to forecast volume and fulfillment timing
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, influencer/creator strategy, or affiliate marketing
- Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok creators, and short-form content
- Proven ability to recruit and manage 500+ creators at scale
- Operator mindset — highly organized, process-driven, great with systems and follow-through
- Performance-driven — you live for improving CAC, ROAS, CVR, and GMV
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with creators and vendors

- Experience running Spark Ads or TikTok Shop programs directly
- You’ve built and scaled affiliate or ambassador communities in the past
