At Ford Enterprise Technology, within Enterprise Platform Engineering and Operations organization we are looking for an eMail Services expert to design, manage, and maintain Enterprise Hybrid eMail Services with on-premises and Cloud components. Creativity and analytical thinking will be used to shape the design of eMail Services offerings to ensure successful deployment and use of eMail Services for users, groups and a variety of on-premises and Cloud applications while ensuring secure mail flow with certain external entities, with a focus on sustainability and global security compliance. As an expert, 3rd level support related to the eMail Services is also part of this space. This includes being on-point for any SLA breach operational issues working with the vendor support team to implement work around and restore service to normal operations.

This team is comprised of seasoned engineers committed to delivering high quality eMail technology related experiences and helping the business succeed. We are located in Dearborn, Michigan, but build the eMail Services experience to cover Ford Motor Company’s entire global footprint. You will partner with internal and external resources to design systems aligned with technology roadmaps.
