Job Summary
We’re looking for a self-starting, sports-obsessed creative who wants to be hands-on in growing a brand — from outreach and relationship-building to production and content development. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Fieldhouse behind the scenes, while also opening the door to future on-camera appearances.
This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10-20 hours per week over a 3 month term.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and connect with emerging athletes, sports influencers, and digital creators
- Pitch Fieldhouse segments to potential guests via email, DM, and in-person conversations
- Coordinate guest scheduling and pre-production communication
- Track and maintain a database of talent across sports and social platforms
- Assist during live studio shoots: helping with setup, managing the schedule, and supporting production leads
- Act as a key liaison between the production team and on-screen talent to ensure a smooth, high-energy environment
- Contribute to creative decisions around set flow, talent pairings, and game instructions
- For candidates with strong presence and timing: opportunities to appear on-camera as a co-host, guest player, or part of new pilot content may be offered based on fit and initiative
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and support in repurposing content for social
- Participate in brainstorms for new formats, guest combinations, and content ideas
- Contribute to the evolution of the Fieldhouse brand voice and creative direction
- Assist with creative feedback on content drafts and social clips
- Passionate about sports, content creation, and the future of digital entertainment
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging creator trends
- Excellent communicator — able to build trust quickly and represent the brand well
- Collaborative and comfortable on set, in group settings, and fast-paced environments
- Organized, proactive, and confident stepping into new challenges
