Finch Paralegal

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation in personal injury cases, including intake, claims, records management, client communication, and demand letter preparation, while leveraging Finch’s software to maximize efficiency and quality

• Communicate with partner attorneys to provide updates and keep them informed on case progress

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap

• Work primarily in person — we spend four days a week together in our NYC office

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of personal injury experience, particularly with a focus on pre-litigation

• Grit and adaptability to thrive in an early-stage team environment and navigate ambiguity

• Spanish proficiency is a plus
