Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly capable, driven and hands-on Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic execution across our properties. You will lead the coordination of on-site and remote teams, optimize bookings and pricing, and drive tech adoption across the portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations across all properties, ensuring service quality, brand consistency, and smooth logistics across locations.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and coordinate on-site managers, cleaners, maintenance teams, and support staff.
- Revenue & Booking Management: Own pricing strategy, OTA presence (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), direct booking platform optimization, and calendar management.
- Technology Implementation: Lead the rollout and management of hospitality tech including smart keys, remote check-in/out, IoT devices, guest apps, and property management software.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all properties meet service, safety, cleanliness, and legal standards.
- Guest Experience: Communicate with guests, resolve issues, monitor guest feedback and improve ratings across platforms through service adjustments, automation, and responsiveness.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational KPIs, revenue reports, and occupancy data for internal use and performance tracking.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Oversee relationships with external partners (e.g. linen services, local technicians, concierge providers).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in multi-property hospitality operations or asset management, ideally with experience in both traditional hotels and short-term rental environments.
- Strong understanding of booking platforms (PMS, channel managers, OTAs) and pricing optimization tools.
- Tech-savvy with experience deploying or managing smart locks, guest apps, digital check-ins, and other PropTech tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English; Additional languages (French, Spanish etc.) is a plus.Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable traveling occasionally to properties and managing hybrid (on-site & remote) teams.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
