How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision

We are growing our Product Development team and are looking for a talented Business Analyst!

The Role

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team with a focus on DIAS Products. You will be part of the Product Team, and work cross-functionally with, engineering, operations and finance to analyze, document, and improve services that rely on the Greek Clearing Settlement Mechanism. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of DIAS Products, and experience in fintech scale-up environments.

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to DIAS products as well as other intra/inter-national payment rails
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, refine, and implement relevant features
  • Support the optimization of internal tools and workflows for relevant services
  • Monitor changes in relevant specifications and regulatory frameworks; translate them into internal action plans
  • Participate in QA/test case creation, data validation, and incident analysis for relevant products
  • Act as subject-matter expert and internal point of contact for DIAS operational issues

What will you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, Banking, or EMI settings
  • Deep familiarity with DIAS services and SEPA schemes (SCT, SCT Inst, SDD, IRIS)
  • Proven experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong process modeling and documentation skills (e.g., flowcharts, BRDs)
  • Comfortable in agile environments; able to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Experience working in or with scale-up or fast-growth companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
  • Knowledge of Target2, SWIFT and Accounting will be considered a plus
