About the Role

We’re hiring a PowerShell Developer to help us build and automate internal and client-facing tools that streamline IT operations, deployment processes, and system maintenance. You’ll work closely with DevOps engineers, system administrators, and developers to build robust scripts and automation modules that solve real-world problems across cloud and on-prem environments. This role is ideal for someone who’s obsessed with scripting excellence, loves clean automation, and can independently take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation of various tasks and processes.
  • Collaborate with system administrators and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Implement best practices for scripting and automation to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document scripts and automation processes for future reference.
  • Stay informed about advancements in PowerShell and related technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., DSC, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell modules and cmdlets for managing Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and automation of cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of network protocols and services.
  • 5/2 work week, 8 hours a day, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
  • Availability for communication between 15:00 to 23:00 Tashkent time, as you'll collaborate with the US team based in New York.
