Your role as Senior Salesforce Developer

As Senior Salesforce Developer you are a key player in that backbone. Working with teammates, the Product Owner, and end-users, you turn business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. You think proactively, suggest improvements, take ownership, and share your expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and previous projects.

Your responsibilities?

• Help shape the architecture and long-term vision of our Salesforce landscape.
• Produce clear technical documentation to secure knowledge for the organisation.
• Perform code reviews and safeguard development quality.
• Implement new tools and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Spot risks early and propose concrete improvements.

Skills we’re looking for?

• Several years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Computer Science.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds; Communications Cloud and/or Certinia is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum and/or SAFe.
• Proven ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills for alignment with users and other stakeholders.
