We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and drive the development of Erth.AI’s core gameplay, systems design, and product roadmap. You will lead the design of engaging game loops, emergent AI interactions, and a scalable virtual economy. 

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a multidisciplinary product and design leader who combines:

• Game Design Expertise – A deep understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, systems design, and emergent sandbox environments. 

• Proven Track Record – Experience in 0-1 game development designing and launching games from scratch, ideally in sandbox, simulation, or UGC-driven genres. 

• Product Management Skills – Proven ability to set product vision, prioritize features, and drive cross-functional execution from prototype through launch.

• AI & Gaming Tools Experience – A strong background in AI-driven content creation, procedural generation, UGC workflows, and building tools that empower player creativity. 

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement core gameplay loops, developing the systems that make the game feel alive and rewarding, from NPC interactions to business simulations and emergent player dynamics.

• Architect scalable economic and progression systems that support long-term retention and creativity.

• Lead the product roadmap for both the player experience and creation platform, translating high-level vision into concrete milestones.

• Work closely with engineering, UX, and Art teams to design intuitive creation tools and engaging game mechanics.

• Leverage deep knowledge from best-in-class sandbox and simulation games to inform best practices and enrich the player experience. 

• Gather insights from player feedback, data analytics, and live testing to inform iterative improvements.

• Drive the transition from a closed alpha to a full cross-platform launch (Discord, mobile, desktop).

What You Bring

• 7+ years of games experience in 0-1 and fast-paced startup environments. 

• Expertise in sandbox, simulation, MMO, or UGC-driven game genres.

• Track record of launching and evolving successful game features and platforms.

• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into well-scoped product specs, design documentation, and compelling gameplay experiences.

• Data-driven decision-making—able to define KPIs, run experiments, and iterate based on user insights.

• Agile mindset—experience working in cross-functional teams, driving alignment across stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills across product, design, and technical teams.

• Comfortable leading in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments with a founder mentality.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with game engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal, Godot).

• Experience with user-generated content (UGC), modding tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Experience as a builder/creator on UGC gaming platforms (e.g. Minecraft, Roblox, UEFN, Rec Room) 

• Familiarity with procedural content generation, AI-assisted design, or social sandbox games

• Knowledge of game design for metaverse applications or social gaming environments.

• Passion for democratizing game development through AI.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $170,000 - $250,000, based on experience.
