We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in UX Research and User-Centered Design. You will lead research initiatives that uncover user behaviors, needs, and motivations - transforming data into actionable insights that shape the strategy and structure of our digital products.
You’ll be part of the Product Design team and will report directly to the Product Design Lead, working closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are grounded in real user needs.
Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Designer, you will:
- Contribute to the structure and flow of user interfaces based on research insights and usability principles.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Define and maintain design systems and reusable UI components that support consistency, scalability, and accessibility throughout the design process.
- Conduct UX research using methods such as interviews, field studies, usability tests, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights that influence product decisions.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and business teams to align design solutions with user and business goals.
- Deliver user journeys, personas, and frameworks that support user-centered product development.
- Present research and design outcomes clearly in both English and Greek.
- Promote a user-centered, insight-driven culture across the organization.
- Mentor junior team members in UX research and design practices.
To be successful in this role as a Senior UX Designer, you should have:
- 5+ years in UX roles with a strong focus on user research.
- Proficiency in UX design processes including wireframing, journey mapping, interaction flows, and usability heuristics.
- Solid understanding of design systems, reusable UI components, and accessibility-focused, inclusive design.
- Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.
- Skilled in using research and feedback tools like Lookback, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Condens, Typeform, etc.
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools such as Figma (which we currently use), Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or another related discipline that supports user-centered thinking and digital product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek, including strong presentation skills.
- Skilled in producing clear and structured documentation that captures interface elements, interaction states, and various view contexts.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UX work and design thinking (required for consideration).
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and/or other management platforms (e.g. HR systems, CMS, or CRM tools).
- Familiarity with basic data analysis (e.g. Excel, SPSS, SQL).
