About the role

As a National Business Advisor, Rentals (NBA), you will support, retain, and grow advertising with our current Partners. The NBA will help Partners reach their business goals.

As an NBA, you will support the immediate needs of Partners without assigned sales support of a Business Advisor or Sales Executive. You will be placed in a role with an assigned book of business consisting of currently advertising Partners, based on the business’s needs.

You Will Get To: 

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the interests of the company, advertisers, and industry partners.

  • Mentor and educate partners on Zillow’s products and services to achieve shared goals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention metrics.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess goals, analyze results, and provide recommendations.

  • Analyze data and communicate insights to identify strengths and opportunities for partners.

  • Demonstrate expertise in local real estate trends, compliance, and market activity.

  • Utilize Zillow’s tech stack, including Salesforce and analytics tools, to manage your business and client relationships.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process improvements 

This role has been categorized as a Field position. “Field” employees perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications regarding time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $35.90 - $57.30 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or selling into accounts with multiple decision makers.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve results.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Skilled at building relationships and engaging in high-level conversations with decision makers.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analytics tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) preferred.
