Director of Program Management

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the US team of Project Managers in delivering complex Audio Visual (AV) projects with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on customer success. This role will be instrumental in driving project management excellence, team development, and operational alignment across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Line Management: Directly manage the team of Project Managers, supporting high-quality project delivery and professional development.
• Project Management Discipline: Ensure robust project management practices are followed throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and reporting strategies are in place.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and operate a framework within EOS Operations and Sales teams to drive communication, collaboration, and customer success.
• Team Development: Scale and shape the team as needed to meet performance goals, including recruiting top-tier talent.
• Team Culture: Promote a culture of support, respect, and performance. Collaborate with HR to ensure fair and motivating remuneration practices that support retention.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

•  Minimum of 6 years of experience in Audio Visual Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing customer portfolios.
• Previous line management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
