Purpose

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales Associates (ESAs), using outbound strategies to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and book qualified meetings to fuel the pipeline.

 *While this role will be able to work remote part of the time, successful candidates will be based in Guadalajara*

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 1–2 years of SDR or sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.

- Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification techniques.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs), sales automation tools, and outbound best practices.

- Solid organization and time management skills; able to manage high-volume outreach and context switching.

- Comfort in a quota-carrying environment and the resilience to push through rejection.

- A growth mindset. You’re coachable, curious, and always looking to improve.

- Bonus: knowledge of BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP, or ANUM frameworks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

- Prospect into new accounts using outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Generate and qualify outbound leads that match our ICP.

- Personalize messaging and creatively engage with decision-makers across industries.

- Research accounts before outreach to understand pain points, workflows, and potential fit.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Associates (ESAs) to align on timing, approach, and handoff.

- Handle objections and nurture prospects until they’re ready to engage in a sales conversation.

- Partner with Marketing to support outbound campaigns and lead activation.

- Keep HubSpot updated with detailed notes, deal stages, and engagement data.

- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outbound meetings booked and held.

- Meet and exceed daily Sales Activity metrics.
