We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about marketing and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and looking to build hands-on experience by supporting high-impact marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Upload and publish blogs, newsletters, and reports to our website (WordPress) 
  • Help build, QA, and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot 
  • Support list management, segmentation, and database maintenance in HubSpot 
  • Format and proof content for campaigns, emails, and web pages 
  • Assist with special projects, reporting, and research as needed 
  • Pull basic performance metrics from email, web, and social platforms 
  • Help organize digital marketing files and assets 
  • Take notes, follow up on tasks, and help manage internal campaign timelines 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Support alignment of product messaging by coordinating with product line teams 
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and data teams to assist in the development of sales enablement materials and support lead conversion efforts 

Requirements

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar role 
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to support campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement 
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to assist in creating clear and compelling content 
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to guide decisions and improve campaign performance 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment 
  • Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills to support cross-functional efforts across teams and product lines 
  • Openness to testing new ideas and learning from both success and failure 

Nice to Have 

  • Strong interest in learning and using HubSpot to support digital marketing campaigns 
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems 
  • Basic understanding of concepts like A/B testing, conversion funnels, or email workflows 
  • Interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, or the energy/data/analytics space 
  • Willingness to grow into a role with increasing responsibility over time

Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus opportunities
