We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about marketing and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and publish blogs, newsletters, and reports to our website (WordPress)
- Help build, QA, and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot
- Support list management, segmentation, and database maintenance in HubSpot
- Format and proof content for campaigns, emails, and web pages
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and research as needed
- Pull basic performance metrics from email, web, and social platforms
- Help organize digital marketing files and assets
- Take notes, follow up on tasks, and help manage internal campaign timelines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support alignment of product messaging by coordinating with product line teams
- Collaborate with sales, product, and data teams to assist in the development of sales enablement materials and support lead conversion efforts
Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar role
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to support campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to assist in creating clear and compelling content
- Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to guide decisions and improve campaign performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills to support cross-functional efforts across teams and product lines
- Openness to testing new ideas and learning from both success and failure
Nice to Have
- Strong interest in learning and using HubSpot to support digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Basic understanding of concepts like A/B testing, conversion funnels, or email workflows
- Interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, or the energy/data/analytics space
- Willingness to grow into a role with increasing responsibility over time

Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus opportunities
