We invite an enthusiastic and proactive Travel Specialist with excellent organizational abilities and a genuine love for travel to join Dev.Pro. Contribute your knowledge and skills to enhance the expertise of our Travel & Hospitality department. You will join a team that oversees logistics and travel services for our global internal contractors and clients, helping to coordinate various business trips, client visits, and personal travels.

βœ… Is that you?

  • 0.5+ years of Travel Specialist/Agent experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Proficiency in organizing personal or business trips from scratch
  • Experience with popular booking resources; knowledge of travel policies
  • Strong travel research skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office apps
  • Willingness to occasionally work nonstandard business hours
  • Client-oriented, polite, and flexible work attitude

Desirable:

  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Experience with handling visa applications

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll assist our team with various travel-related tasks to ensure a smooth and well-organized journey for Dev.Pro contractors.

  • Assist with researching and booking flight tickets, hotels, and additional services
  • Provide recommendations on optimal flight routes, accommodations, and travel-related services
  • Advise contractors on travel documents, insurance, and relevant regulations
  • Ensure accuracy in rates by verifying best fares, corporate discounts, and preferred rates
  • Assist other Travel Specialists with more complex travel tasks as needed
