Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a high-performing, target-driven International Recruiter to help drive the expansion of our fast-growing international outbound sales division (primarily USA). What You’ll Own:

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Proactively hunt for top sales agents and managers using job boards, social media, referrals, and agency partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales agents and managers for USA and other international campaigns
  • Represent Rewardsco at recruitment events and job fairs, flying the flag for our world-class sales culture

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Conduct job briefings with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Manage job postings and ensure role descriptions are aligned with brand and legal standards.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, facilitate assessments, and manage reference checks.
  • Coordinate with HR and Training for onboarding schedules and documentation.

 Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

  • Be the link between hiring managers and recruitment goals—always aligned, always in sync.
  • Deliver a premium candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Provide clear, regular updates on hiring metrics and progress.

 Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Track KPIs like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
  • Stay compliant with POPIA and global hiring standards.

 Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Champion our EVP in everything you do.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to showcase Rewardsco as an employer of choice in the international market.
  • Matric is essential; A related qualification is advantageous
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in high-volume sales recruitment, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Proven experience recruiting for international markets, particularly US-based sales campaigns
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, recruitment tools, and HR compliance
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and psychometric/skills assessments.
  • Clear Criminal Record
