This role is hybrid in the Atlanta, GA area.
Building Roadmap & Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
Interview partners to align on yearly goals and analytical frameworks.
Develop analytical roadmaps and document data sources.
Responsibility: Drive success of the process.
Outputs: Analytical design document, ERDs, data source mappings.
Understanding Business Background & Defining Objectives (20%)
Collaborate with partners to define project goals and KPIs.
Document business processes and success metrics.
Responsibility: Complete accountability over goals.
Outputs: Business Requirements document, SCQs, HLD, Feature Requests.
Building Analytical Frameworks (10%)
Engage with global teams to enhance reporting processes.
Conduct research and model data for insights.
Responsibility: Efficient execution of frameworks.
Outputs: Process flow diagrams, Model Codes, Automation handbook.
Report & Model Development (30%)
Understand reporting requirements and create KPI reports.
Collaborate on hypothesis testing and model iterations.
Responsibility: Timely reviews of results.
Outputs: Status trackers, Statistical Models, Dashboards, Validation Reports.
Data Infrastructure Development (20%)
Collaborate on implementing analytical models and improving data architecture.
Ensure accuracy in reporting through audits and monitoring.
Responsibility: Maintain quality insights for clients.
You will report to VP.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Data Product Management setup as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Agile (SAFe) practices (working with engineering and business teams for PI planning etc.)
Proficiency in Jira
Proficiency in Analysis / Synthesis and ability to reason changes in KPIs using data relationships
Proficiency in SQL and Analytical SQL
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
