Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Controlling and Coordination Intern to support our Price Administration and Accounts Receivable team. This internship offers a fast paced hands-on opportunity to gain experience in Order to Cash operations in a global business environment.
A few of your job responsibilities could include any of the following:
1. Price Administration & Special Revenue Invoicing
- Data cross check for pricing
- Supporting resolution for pricing discrepancies with sales and other commercial areas
2. Collections, Accounts Receivable & Dispute Management Services:
- Support clearance and investigation of discrepancy items
- Evaluate root cause of overdue receivables (proof of delivery, ASN failure, etc.).
- Support the approval process
- Support the migration to new system environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Junior/ Senior class standing
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to organize large volumes of data into concise, accurate summaries (V-lookup, pivot tables)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have the ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
