Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Brand Research & Insights Manager (Maternity Cover) to join the Global Brand Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

As the Senior Brand Research & Insights Manager you will take a leading role in developing, governing, and executing Delivery Hero’s research strategies across 70+ countries. Our team is dedicated to building a powerful portfolio of strong brands. As a collaborative group of brand media and brand managers, researchers, creatives, and content strategists, we develop and implement global brand strategies, tools, and frameworks to elevate our brand portfolio to new heights. We aim to establish Delivery Hero as a global leader, creating loved brands that are an integral part of our customers’ lives. Our work directly contributes to business growth and customer loyalty.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive the integration of data-driven insights and innovative approaches to guide our brands and stay ahead of competition, and ensure alignment with our global vision. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our brand presence, tackling complex challenges and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create lasting impact. You will play a pivotal role in developing best-in-class processes and approaches for Research and insights.

  • You synthesize insights and convey impactful analysis which influence business decisions for marketing teams and drive the understanding of users’ perceptions of brands.

  • You can integrate data & insights from internal and external sources to provide holistic and impactful recommendations.

  • You build up from scratch research projects (both qualitative & quantitative) and understand the business implications of the received/requested data, and perform deep-dive analysis, customer segmentation, custom ad hoc and brand health KPIs updates.

  • You act as the global point of contact to govern global research programs ensuring benchmarkability across our brands. 

  • You act as an in-house consultant, partner with regional marketing leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align research strategies with global  brand and business objectives.

  • You contribute to provide enhancement ideas and plans towards current research approaches and programs to achieve data accessibility and benchmarkability.

Qualifications

  • You have around 7+ years of brand/customer research and analytical experience within a FMCG or E-commerce company or agency.

  • You have expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics).

  • You have a strong aptitude for quantitative/qualitative analysis, including managing end-to-end research projects.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define, assess, and communicate solutions clearly and concisely.

  • You have good experience in managing 3rd party research agencies and provide briefs (RFI/RFP).

  • You possess good SPSS, Excel and Power Point skills. Other analytical/dashboard tools are a plus.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have strong attention to detail and have great time and project management skills

  • Experience in mentoring team members, fostering their growth and contribution.
