Who You’ll Support
You’ll provide direct support to our EVP/CFO, COO, and CHRO—three senior leaders who depend on strong execution, proactive planning, and seamless communication to drive results across the organization.
What You’ll Do
This is not a basic administrative job—it’s a critical, high-visibility support role with real business impact. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing, coordinating, and keeping things on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Inbox Management: Own complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and manage executive inboxes to reduce noise and maximize focus.
- Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas and materials, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups through completion.
- Project & Travel Support: Coordinate travel, track expenses, support internal initiatives, and handle logistics across departments.
- Presentation & Report Creation: Create polished slide decks, strategic communications, and reports that reflect our brand’s professionalism.
- Event Coordination: Help plan leadership meetings, internal events, and project launches—making sure all the moving parts come together.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Executive Assistant: 2–5+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally with finance or operations exposure.
- Proactive & Personable: Positive, energetic, and highly organized. You anticipate needs before they arise and stay two steps ahead.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Asana.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to handle multiple priorities with grace and professionalism.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, concise, and adaptable across different audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Availability to work onsite at our Delavan, WI office
