Job Description

The Paid Digital Advertising Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Director, is a newly created role that will play a central part in Degy’s digital marketing and revenue-driving initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate corporate wide B2B leads, and launch high-performing B2C campaigns for events, activations, and ticketed experiences. Campaigns will span across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube to support the marketing objectives of Degy’s family of companies.  This role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creative workflows simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with Degy’s marketing team to strategize on campaign goals, identify required graphic assets and media content, and drive digital success through aligned execution and analytics. You’ll serve as both a tactician and a contributor to campaign strategy, helping Degy reach its business goals through effective, data-informed digital advertising.

Compensation:

Annual Starting Salary is $48,500 USD

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, develop, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to identify campaign needs, including copy, visuals, and media assets.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic targeting analysis.
  • Execute A/B tests to optimize performance based on creative, format, placements, and messaging.
  • Organize and manage multiple concurrent campaigns across multiple Degy businesses.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns in real-time to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Create and present campaign performance reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and campaign tagging.
  • Recommend and apply changes based on emerging advertising trends and platform algorithm updates.
  • Maintain documentation, calendars, and dashboards for campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in broader marketing and business strategy planning, including new concept launches and artist signings.
  • Work with marketing leadership to ensure ad spend is optimized and campaign goals are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·       2+ years of professional experience managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

·       Strong command of campaign building, optimization techniques, and performance measurement.

·       Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Studio.

·       Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, or similar.

·       Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.

·       Effective communicator with ability to translate data into insights and strategies.

·       Experience collaborating on creative briefing and working with designers and content creators.

·       Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.

·       Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.

·       Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for pixel or integration support is a bonus.

·       Comfortable working in a remote home-office setting with flexibility for after-hours needs.

·       Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
