The role

The Direct Communications Executive is responsible for flawlessly executing the Crown Property direct communications plan in line with business requirements. Additionally, the role involves executing Food & Beverage (F&B) collateral and menus, ensuring a high-quality finish in accordance with brand guidelines.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Schedule and coordinate the execution of all Direct Mail, Email, SMS, and app communications. Ensure these campaigns are on brand and executed to a high standard.
  • Quality Assurance: Use campaign data to ensure direct campaigns are executed error-free, following appropriate procedures to enable ongoing measurement of results.
  • F&B Collateral: Execute F&B collateral and menus, maintaining a high-quality finish in accordance with brand guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all communications and collateral.
  • Experience and strong capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast turnaround environment.
  • Desire to overcome challenges and ability to tell a story through your understanding and use of consistent visual language.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business, Sales, Marketing or Communications. Degree in Graphic design or equivalent
  • Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. 
  • 3+ years in a Graphic Design position
  • Proven Studio experience within a marketing services environment
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and exceptionally skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
