Growth Associate

About the Role

As a Growth Associate, you’ll support our client teams by helping plan, launch, and analyze website experiments. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn about A/B testing, digital marketing, and how data drives business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in digital strategy.

What You'll Do

• Help brainstorm and prioritize test ideas

• Support test setup and tracking

• Assist with analyzing test results

• Help prepare client reports and presentations

• Coordinate tasks with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Interest in data, marketing, or UX

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

• Comfortable working remotely and managing your time

• No prior experience required, but any exposure to marketing, analytics, or A/B testing is a plus
