We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in IT systems compliance, specifically someone who can strategically partner with Finance audit teams and external auditors to develop pragmatic, technology-centric compliance approaches. This role sits within the CIO Strategy & Transformation team and is responsible for owning, designing, and implementing compliance controls and strategies across CoreWeave’s IT systems, aligning with frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2. This role will also help with M&A related strategy and programs
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of IT compliance strategies and controls aligned with SOX, SOC 2, COSO, and COBIT frameworks, ensuring robust governance across CoreWeave’s technology infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, Finance audit teams, and external auditors, ensuring IT compliance strategies are practical, effective, and audit-ready.
- Oversee the implementation of IT controls including Access Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Data Integrity, and Logging & Monitoring specifically tailored for IT systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct IT-centric risk assessments, maintain comprehensive risk registers, and continuously monitor and report on control effectiveness and risk mitigation.
- Manage and execute Quarterly Access Reviews (QARs), ensuring rigorous controls and clear segregation of duties (SOD) within IT systems.
- Ensure thorough documentation of IT compliance controls, maintaining organized evidence repositories to support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate internal IT audits, facilitate external audit processes (including interactions with Big Four or other audit firms), and implement continuous improvements based on audit feedback.
- Advocate for and drive automation initiatives using compliance management tools (AuditBoard, Workiva, Drata, Vanta) and IAM solutions to achieve real-time monitoring and compliance reporting.
- Regularly communicate IT compliance status, risks, and control effectiveness to senior leadership, technology stakeholders, and audit partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of direct experience in IT compliance, systems audit, internal controls, or similar roles within technology-centric organizations.
- Proven experience owning and executing IT compliance initiatives aligned with SOX, SOC 2, COSO, COBIT frameworks.
- Strong technical background in enterprise IT systems compliance, with hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, ERP, CRM, Procurement, IAM, and cybersecurity practices.
- Demonstrable success working closely and effectively with Finance audit teams and external auditors (e.g., Big Four).
- Expertise in IT controls implementation including Access Controls, Change Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and Data Integrity.
- Proven ability to perform detailed IT risk assessments, articulate risks clearly, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience leveraging compliance and GRC software tools (e.g., AuditBoard, Workiva, Drata, Vanta) and IAM platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical compliance concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, rapidly scaling environment, proactively driving clarity and results amidst ambiguity.
Bonus:
- Experience driving IT integrations for M&A
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) or formal training in IT compliance and security frameworks.
- Previous experience integrating compliance solutions with enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Coupa) or deploying AI-driven compliance monitoring systems.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $215,000 to $237,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
