CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Junior Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This junior executive assistant role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the co-founders in coordination with the Head Executive Assistant, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as experience and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully both independently and in a team environment, and build effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
- Support complex calendar management by auditing for conflicts, working with Head EA to solve any scheduling concerns, and updating calendars with travel itineraries, all with an acute attention to detail and high degree of polish.
- Manage expense receipts and reconciliation.
- Provide auxiliary calendar support to the Head Executive Assistant and larger EA team.
- Support EA team hiring efforts and structuring in coordination with HR.
- Own and drive special projects as needed.
Meeting/Event Planning:
- Coordinate with executive assistant team and workplace experience manager team on logistics for executive offsites and important internal and external business meetings.
- Support the planning of company-wide events and initiatives with the executive assistant team.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide minimal personal assistance to the co-founders, as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Project management experience
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
- Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack preferred
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $65,000 to $85,000 and $71,500 to $93,500, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
