Job Description

The Service Owner Digitial Workplace (DWP) & Collaboration at OESL (m/f/diverse) is responsible for key components of the company's enterprise-wide collaboration solutions. They drive the strategic development and successful use of collaboration solutions to optimise the digital workplace at OESL. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming and shaping internal collaboration through strategic establishment of specified solutions within the DWP portfolio.
  • Continuously refining the service strategy of collaboration solutions, primarily based on M365, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) and other services, considering technological innovations as well as future trends.
  • Leading complex, cross-functional IT projects, including implementation, vendor management, change and communication, stakeholder management, and budget responsibility.
  • Managing operations with internal and external support providers, including escalation management and communication planning.
  • Optimising the services through continuous improvements from technical, procedural, and user-oriented perspectives, including activities to increase user acceptance.
  • Establishing and conducting sustainable demand management and an evergreen process aligned with stakeholders, customers, and management.

Hiring can take place at different OESL IT Locations.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in computer science, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in software ergonomics, e-learning, online communication, community management, and knowledge management required.
  • Technical expertise or professional experience with collaboration technologies, especially Microsoft Office 365 /Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), required.
  • Professional experience in IT service management; or agile project management is desirable.
  • Experience in managing external service providers.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to find practical solutions for all parties involved.
  • Change management skills required.
  • Independent, structured, results- and customer-oriented working style.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
