Job Description

We’re currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support our industry-leading Development Site Sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and contributing to the success of a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support campaign execution across the full property lifecycle—preparing submissions, Information Memorandums, presentations, reports, event materials, and client communications.
  • Coordinate business development activities, including marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and public relations efforts.
  • Enable team success by ensuring seamless processes, timely information, and operational support that drives performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Manage reporting and data integrity, including client updates and maintenance of the sales database.
  • Deliver administrative excellence, supporting the team with ad hoc tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop (Adobe Suite)
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or business (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience in real estate or professional services (advantageous)
