Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring adherence to budget and performance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to inform campaign strategies and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement content marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing trends and technologies, applying industry best practices to campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage SEO (on-page and off-page) and Google Search Console
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) for effective execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and analytics.
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
