Compensation: Salary in $USD
Modality: Hybrid (First 90-120 days in the On-site)
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (moves with Daylight Savings Time)
What you’ll be doing
Handling inbound and outbound communications with customers and vendors regarding post-funding transactions, including cancellations and rebooks
Collaborating closely with vendors and dealers to assist with issues related to applications, invoices, cancellations, and rebooking requests
Proactively following up on pending cancellations and rebooks via phone and email to ensure smooth processing and closure
Analyzing and researching account information and transaction details to support effective decision-making and problem resolution
Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and dealers to drive process efficiency and satisfaction
Using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) diligently to document interactions, track cases, and update relevant data accurately
Providing feedback and suggestions on operational processes to improve customer experience and streamline workflows
Performing other related duties as assigned to support the team and company goals
What you have
Proven ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, and SMS) professionally and efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in researching and analyzing account/vendor information
Experience working with vendors or dealers in a support or operations capacity
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer and vendor relationships
Comfort managing follow-ups and working independently to drive cases to resolution
Tech-savviness with experience using CRM tools and other support software
Self-motivation and results orientation with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with a positive contribution to company culture and values
What will make you stand out
1+ year of experience in a call center, operations support, or customer success role, especially handling cancellation or rebooking processes
Background in financial services, leasing, or vendor management
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
